The EAP Coordinator is responsible for providing a full continuum of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees, family members, managers, and teams. In addition to providing valuable internal EAP services to Intermountain Healthcare, the EAP offers services to external companies in the community. The EAP Coordinator I position provides assessment and counseling to individuals, couples and families. This position also provides crisis services and some WorkLife trainings. The EAP coordinator must have the ability and flexibility to manage their time to accommodate numerous requests for all of these services. The EAP provides a critical role and is highly respected for supporting the well being of employees, family members, managers and teams.
