Admissions Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Summary: Gateway Academy is a licensed Residential Treatment Center located in Draper, Utah. Gateway is seeking a highly organized individual, who excels in building and maintaining relationships to work along side our Admissions and Administrative Teams. Dual responsibilities include the admissions process and office administration.


Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Admissions: Screening applicants, scheduling and conducting tours and interviews, marketing, website updates and email marketing, managing the Admissions Team calendar and schedule, facilitating the intake of new students, and communicating with educational consultants and referral sources.

Office Administration: Overseeing student charts, employee files, BestNotes, Annual Audits, Parent Weekend, office paperwork, student appointments, staff scheduling, overall programming logistics, and office contact and backup person.


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in behavioral science or related field; or, two years experience working in the area of adolescent residential treatment. Must possess strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.  Prior admissions and/or office administration work preferred. Must pass BCI and have safe driver status.

Wages: Based on experience and education. Significant and relevant experience will be considered.

Hours: M – F, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
