Therapist Team Lead

Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist Team Lead for our Children’s Outpatient Services, West located in Kearns.  This program provides services for adolescents with a variety of psychiatric disorders.

 

Team Lead supervises treatment team; evaluates performance and establishes goals to ensure expectations for excellent client care, fiscal responsibilities, regulatory compliance and clinical standards are met. Will provide direct clinical services and perform varied administrative duties.

 

Schedule:  M-F; 8:00 am – flexible 40 hrs.

 

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in  Social Work
  • LCSW license current in the state of Utah
  • 2 Years clinical supervisory experience post full licensure

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervision of treatment team including monitoring clinical work and team objectives
  • Supervision of CSWs
  • Develops performance standards for evaluating employee performance and may conduct performance reviews
  • Perform varied administrative duties including budgeting, reports and analytics as applicable
  • Direct clinical services including interviews, evaluates and assesses clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
  • Provides psychotherapy to clients including individual, group, couple and/or family therapy
  • Treatment planning

  • Crisis intervention
