Clubhouse Generalist – Case Manager – Part-time, no benefits

Location: Alliance House Clubhouse – 1724 South Main, SLC, UT 84115

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field. Highly developed communication and organizational skills. Culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities: Clubhouse staff have generalist roles and share employment, housing, evening / weekend, and unit responsibilities. Central to this role is the energetic engagement of members in all aspects of unit and clubhouse operations. Staff complete unit work with members, not for members. Staff assist members in developing vocational, educational, housing, and social goals and objectives. Responsible for planning and coordinating unit work tasks. Provide training and coverage on transitional employment job positions. Provide coverage on rotating basis for evening and weekend social activities. 9:30am – 1:30 PM Monday through Friday hours with twice monthly evening an weekend activities.

Status: Part-Time

Job Pay Rate $13.54/hr or more based on experience
