The Utah Health Policy Project (UHPP) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to lasting solutions to the crisis of the uninsured and rising health care costs. UHPP envisions a health care system that provides Utahns with quality, affordable, comprehensive and culturally appropriate health care and coverage.
The Operations Intern will assist managers and supervisors with general administrative duties, including but not limited to updating policies, filing, accounts payable/receivable processing, payroll, data basing, and other duties as assigned. Candidates will also assist day-to-day activities to and providing routine reports. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function of a position.
The Operations Intern must be detailed oriented, conscientious, dependable, and have strong organizational and verbal/written communications skills. Candidates must be able to handle multi-task projects at one time, meeting deadlines, be a team player, possess a professional demeanor and be able to enter and manipulate data as required.
